- Standard membership: $79/month, or $207/3 months, $354/6 months or $588/12 months. Medication is extra: compounded semaglutide from $60/month or tirzepatide from $90/month, varying by dose. FAQ says shipping included; terms permit applicable shipping and other charges, so check the invoice. Other membership programmes have separate terms. Cancel membership through the account or by phone before renewal; email is not accepted. Medication refills must be changed or cancelled before the request reaches the pharmacy.
