- Wegovy pill: 1.5 mg $149, 4 mg $199, 9/25 mg $299 per 30 tablets. Regular injection: four single-dose pens for 28 days, $349 up to 2.4 mg or $399 at 7.2 mg. Eligible new patients can pay $199 for their first two 0.25 mg or 0.5 mg fills. The old $149 offer for 4 mg tablets is closed to new prescriptions.
