- Introductory terms & commitments
- First month $39, then $149/month on the rolling plan. The $39 is refundable if you are not eligible for GLP-1s. After that first month, prepaid options are $99/month for three months ($297 upfront), $89/month for six ($534 upfront), or $74/month for twelve ($888 upfront). These calculated prepaid amounts exclude the initial $39 and medication. Confirm your selected plan invoice, renewal and other refund terms.

- Which licensed clinician and dispensing pharmacy will provide your care in your state?
- Are consultations, tests, delivery and supplies included or additional?
