- Rolling care costs $99. The billing FAQ says every 28 days, while other text says monthly; confirm your payment dates. Annual care is advertised at $59/month, billed once every 12 months: $708 upfront, calculated from that rate. Medication costs extra. Quest labs are excluded in AZ, HI, ND, NJ, NY, OK, RI, SD and WY. The published policy offers a full refund if cancelled at least three hours before the first visit; after that visit, the first month is non-refundable. Cancel before the next billing cycle to prevent future charges; previous months are not refunded. Confirm how refunds apply to a prepaid annual plan.
